If you need to print off a duplicate copy of a Rewards coupon for any reason, there is a very easy way of doing this within the intranet. You may need to do this if a customer lost their coupon before reaching the store, if your accounts require a duplicate copy, or if when redeeming rewards in store you had an issue with your computer that prevented you from being able to print the coupon.
First, log in to the Intranet at login.morethanrewards.com and navigate to the Rider Rewards page from the blue toolbar.
Look up the customer in the "Look Up Customers and Coupons" box at the top of the page using their reward number last name, full name or phone number. Click "view profile" under their profile photo.
Click on the gray "Sales History" tab and scroll down to the section called "Coupons Spent or Printed Out." You should see the coupon in question appear in this category and you can click the small printer icon to the left of the select coupon to download a new PDF file of the Rewards Coupon to print out.
