With this new update, you will first need to validate your sending address in order to send an email out of the system. The purpose of this update is to reduce bounced emails and replies, ultimately increasing your credibility and verifying you have a method to receive and respond to contact's replies.
Verifying your email address with HyperDrive CRM Pro is really easy. Follow the steps below to find out how.
1. Go to Settings, Mail Merge Profile, and click the button to "Send Verification Email."
2. In your email, click the Complete Verification button.
3. Your Mail Merge Profile will show the email as verified.
If you attempt to send an email and your email has not been verified, you will be taken to your Mail Merge Profile with a notice to verify your "from" address.
