We just want to start by saying a huge "Thank You" to everyone for your feedback. We listened to your suggestions regarding the Intranet's navigation and made a lot of updates to our system's navigation!

Training Center
Starting in the top, black toolbar, we have updated the "Training Center" option to re-route to our new Training Center Knowledge Base! This site is filled with training courses and videos, information articles, fequently asked questions, and product updates. You can even find links to download PDF copies of all our training manuals.
Rider Rewards
We have moved the "Event Calendar" and "Direct Mail List" tabs into the Rider Rewards section of the website (now relabeled as "Configure Multiple Point Days" and "Download Customer List"). You can now set up a Rewards Event or download a list of all your customers directly from the Rider Rewards page of the Intranet rather than having to navigate through the Marketing Tools section!
We have also added a widget to learn more about the upcoming Rider Rewards Mobile App in the top right corner of the Rider Rewards page.
Check-In Rewards Keypad
We have added a new link in the toolbar to allow quick access to the Keypad Manager. Click this section to view your recent Rider Rewards Keypad check-ins, setup keypad text campaigns, or orchestrate sweepstakes!
Gift Cards
You can still access the Gift Card system from the Rider Rewards page, or under "Apps" in the top toolbar, but we have added it to our main menu navigation as well.
Email Newsletters
This tab will take you to the Marketing Tools page, which is all still set up the same. You can launch the Email Marketing system, enable Automatic Rider Reminders and Autopilots, or submit a request for our free Design & Send Newsletter Service!
Text Blasts
Navigating to our Text Marketing system used to be a pain point as it would often be hidden in the menu when on certain pages of the Intranet, so we have put it front and center! You can easily navigate directly to the Text Marketing platform directly from the toolbar.

If you are a user of our Social Media Marketing platform, you can click this link to be taken directly to the login page.
Hyper Drive Sales CRM System
Click this option to be taken directly to the HyperDrive CRM Pro login page for quick and easy access for any of your salespeople!
